You can choose to either supply you own cat flap and let us install it or take advantage of our complete supply and install service.

CAUTION
Working with glass is a skilled job and should be carried out by a professional. It is not possible to cut holes in toughened glass or
double glazed units except at the time of manufacture. Please get in touch if you wish to install a cat flap into a double glazed unit.

Manual Cat Flap
The PetSafe® 4-Way is a Manual locking cat flap that allows you to control your cat’s access in and out of your home.
The 4-Way lock allows you to choose from four access options: open, locked, in-only, and out-only.
The open option allows entry or exit, the locked option does not allow entry or exit, the in-only option allows entry but no exit, and the out-only option allows exit but no entry.
It can be installed into interior or exterior doors and is suitable to fit into double UPVC panels, double glazing or through walls.
Magnetic Cat Flap
The PetSafe® magnetically operated cat flap with a magnetic collar key allowing your cat their independence.

Microchip Cat Flap
The PetSafe® microchip cat door is simple to use and maintain. The cat flap is battery powered for ease of use and installation.
Micro chip cat flaps are designed to let your cat come and go freely by automatically reading your cats chip to allow your cat through whilst keeping out strays or other animals.

The in built sensor reads your cats microchip identification number and only allows that cat access.

Optional additions allow this pet door to be installed in UPVC panels and double glazing or through walls.

Call or email us today to arrange a free home survey to discuss your pet door requirements. Our office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Home Visit
Our Surveyor will attend site promptly and courteously as arranged. During the survey our Surveyor will discuss your pet door requirements, advise what solutions and products are available and answer any questions you may have. In most instances we will be able to provide you with an accurate cost during our visit. Quotes are available in writing. Written quotations are emailed within 48 hours of the visit and are valid for 30 days. Paper copies can be posted upon request.
Order
Once you have accepted our quotation your order details and any deposit payments will be confirmed by our office.
Any parts that may be required will then be ordered. All our double glazed units and Upccome with a 10 year warranty for your complete peace of mind.
Fitting
Our office will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for the work to take place. Our Technician will arrive promptly and courteously to carry out your cat flap installation with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Your home will be left clean and tidy and any old parts responsibly disposed of.
Secure Payment
Upon completion and your satisfaction we will request payment of any outstanding amount due. We have now made it even easier and more secure for you to pay for your window and door repairs. Our Service Engineers and Glaziers are authorised to take payment upon completion and our portable card readers will ensure a fast and secure payments. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. For alternative payment methods please speak to the office at time of booking.
