You don’t have to replace the whole door if the multipoint locking mechanism is broken. Some double glazing companies will insist that you should have a whole new door installed, however this is not the case.
Our simple and cost effective process means that we only replace the failed parts leaving your door frame and home intact. Replacement multipoint locking mechanisms, hinges and handles are available for Front doors, Back doors, Patio doors, French doors and Bi-Ffold doors.

By replacing just the failed components, rather than the whole door you will save time and save money. You will once more be able to easily open, close and lock your door. Repairs are available for door types including Upvc, composite, aluminium and timber.

Doors are one of the hardest working items in your home and are used multiple time a day. They are designed to keep your home and family secure whilst keeping the elements out. Your door has many intricate moving parts such as hinges handles and multipoint locking mechanisms. Home Visit
Our Surveyor will attend site promptly and courteously as arranged. During the survey we will assess the functionality of your door. Our Surveyor will discuss with you what work and parts are required and answer any questions you may have. In most instances we will be able to provide you with an accurate cost during our visit. Should we have the parts and time available we may be able to carry out the repair there and then. If the issue is a safety or security risk and parts require ordering our Technician will make your door safe and secure by fitting temporary (overnight) locks. Quotes are available in writing. Written quotations are emailed within 48 hours of the visit and are valid for 30 days. Paper copies can be posted upon request.
Order
Once you have accepted our quotation your order details and any deposit payments will be confirmed by our office.
Any parts that may be required will then be ordered. All our mechanical parts such as hinges, handles and locks come with a 2 year guarantee for your complete peace of mind
Fitting
Our office will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for the work to take place. Our Technician will arrive promptly and courteously to carry out your door repair with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Your home will be left clean and tidy and any old parts responsibly disposed of.
Secure Payment
Upon completion and your satisfaction we will request payment of any outstanding amount due. We have now made it even easier and more secure for you to pay for your window and door repairs. Our Service Engineers and Glaziers are authorised to take payment upon completion and our portable card readers will ensure a fast and secure payments. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. For alternative payment methods please speak to the office at time of booking.
